Basin Area Chamber of Commerce Happenings

Home Events Gallery President's Page Members

Just a reminder there will be a chamber meeting this Thursday at Noon.  Please join us for lunch and networking.

We only had 3 orders for our chocolate truffles fundraiser.  I went ahead and order several more boxes so that you last minute people can come to the chamber and get them for your sweetheart.  They are divine.

Renewing members this month are:  Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Mama Z’s Boy, Cindy Schlattmann, Big Horn Basin Geoscience Center, American Legion Auxiliary, River-Rail Community Federal Credit Union, and The Big Horn County Library.  Thank you!

If you haven’t already, please stop in to Security State Bank and see the Jim Davis print.  This silent auction will go towards The Welcome to Basin Signs.  We have until June of this year to get the signs built.  We still need about $10000.  If you are a business or individual please consider making a donation.  There is a donation jar at town hall.  You can also give at the chamber.  If we are not here just slip under the door or give to the newspaper gals.  EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS.  If every person that lived or worked in Basin donated we would be set.

We currently have 235 bricks and could put in at least 100 more; so, if you have thought about a brick for your business or a loved one, or –as one says: Hug Your Cat Today (I always want to add: if you can catch it!) come on in and order one. They are $100 each. Email us with that request and we can send out or bring a brick form to you.  We need to know the number to go in before the project physically begins.
